Scott Singer Installations, Inc. is a Florida Corporation and has opened in Colorado in Steamboat Springs in May 1998. All services as listed will be available in both locations.

We now are Incorporated in the State of Colorado ( 02-98 ).

Our Florida home base is located in Palm Beach Co. but we service Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Martian County's.

The company home base will be moving in January 1999 to our location in Steamboat Springs. Our Florida office will become the remote location with all services available.

To view floor plans and cabinet plans I have created, and floor plan take-offs I have done.

And then you will see furniture layouts, electrical, phone, cable and stereo locations I have placed into the drawing. (These items are placed only on drawings that were a take off of drawings given to me from a client). On my drawings I design the layouts and locations of all the items mentioned above. I then have an Architect add any items as per the local codes and complete the plan to a buildable plan. My job is to create the best space plan and layout possible based on the shell of the job.

Summery:

Scott Singer Installations, Inc. was started in 1980 by Scott and was Incorporated in October 1981.

Since then we have done all phases of construction. From Specializing in remodeling to new construction including concrete blocks, slabs, tie beams, footers and stucco. Interiors from floors to ceilings, cabinets to custom trim, metal and wood studs to hanging and finishing drywall, rough electrical to finish trim, rough plumbing to finish trim.

As part of my company I build custom cabinets and wall units out of mica, solid wood and wood veneers. I finish the wood cabinets with stain and clear lacqure. I also build Corian tops and have Granite and Marble tops made to a template I supply.

Tile and marble installation is also available. We also are very experienced with glass blocks and install them in window openings, as walls, and pony walls with wood or marble caps. We build radius glass block walls with matching drywall soffits. Our installation of blocks are done using white glass block mortar, support anchor straps and horizontal supports.

We custom make curved hollow doors to fit curved walls. We install all types of doors, entrance, closet, pocket doors, cabinet doors, sliding glass or wood doors etc. We install bay windows, single and double hung windows, and custom make wood frames for those custom designed glass panels.

Over the years our work has been in magazines showing the yacht interiors we created and the custom soffits for condo's with direct and indirect lighting.

Another part of our company is we install phone systems and cable antenna wire throughout the homes we work in. We also do minor locksmith work ie. re-key locks, master key locks, install high security medico and schledge locks as well as simplex combination locks.

We work with our clients and architects to produce the best possible end result.

We can take existing plans and redraw them on our cad program to quickly change a rooms layout and furniture plan. Our clients can make a smart and final decision on what they like. Then we print a copy for them at scale to take home for reference.

Another service we can offer is to print you drawings 1/4" scale up to 36" wide with our color Inkjet Plotter, line drawings and 3-D perspectives. We have several Cad programs and can read most drawings.
