This picture shows the water main of my old townhouse blowing its top. But it's here to show how high the 1ST Insta-Gator Truck I built was. The top exceded the low point of the roof, and was about 4' high to the low point of the floor board. It had 18 shocks and 4 steering stabilizers with air bags in the coil springs to keep the caster/camber on track. I had to have my operating head lights below the bumper to meet the head light rule, that was 72" high to the center of the light was the max limit in 1983 in Florida. Back then there was no bumper rule like there is today.
