Interior Remodeling Job Finish Picture Page:

Below are the finished pictures which reflect new walls, ceilings (with popcorn), AC grills, high hat lights, doors, kitchen cabinets, plumbing, electrical and tile flooring. Please scroll through all the pictures.

On the left shows the new kitchen I designed for this house. The owner wanted to be able to look out at his company while in the kitchen.
This picture shows more of the front counter & cabinets. Notice the electric outlets and dimmers for the overhead lights on the backsplash. To have them located here is what helped me govern the minimum height for the top shelf / counter. These cabinets are custom designed, built and installed by us.
This is a good picture to show the new walls, ceiling, tile floor & dining room fixture. As you can see this is a big improvement from the wood walls and sunken floor which made the room look smaller. You can also see down the new hallway to the master bedroom. The back of the sink cabinet now has a drop-down counter for three people to sit. (Not shown in photograph)
This picture shows a different view. This is a view from the hallway looking out into the living room. On the right you can see the new bathroom pocket door and the back wall shows the painted louver doors and new drywall. The new tile floor is also shown.
This picture shows the new back door that was added. To the right of this door was the 6' sliding glass doors shown on the main page.
This picture is of the new hallway created and of the new bedroom door. The return air grill is in the same location with new drywall and popcorn ceiling surrounding it.
This picture shows the new closet created on the right side with a pocket door and a small storage closet with a bifold door. The flat area above the small closet is for a TV set and stereo. The wall to the far right of the picture has a cable connection and duplex outlet. This wall was placed here to conceal the existing AC supply lines from the compressor. Note: All the base board and trim is new.

This picture shows new walls and the bedroom entrance door. Notice the dimmers on the left side of the door frame. We also built the small mail desk in the picture. The wall to the right is the backside of the new shower.

This picture is showing the new Jacuzzi tub and faucet. This tub is installed on a new platform and as seen has two rows of 12" tile with mirrors on three sides and down the entire wall on the left. The wall on the right side of the tub steps back leaving a shelf.
Here is a picture of the new custom shower shown with 12" wall tiles and 4" non skid white floor. The shower door is polished chrome and glass custom door with a full magnet strip for solid closure. The reflection of the tub can also be seen from the wall to wall mirror over the custom vanity.
This is the picture of the custom designed vanity using all the space possible. The angle on the left has a door and adjustable shelf for extra storage. As stated above there is a wall to wall mirror over the vanity from the top to the ceiling.
