This page shows the interior of a house that has been gutted and left in the condition that you see it. I was hired to complete the removal and design and rebuild the interior. The pictures will show how it was and what it became, the change is unbelievable. The owner bought this house for an investment and decided to live there for a while after the remodeling was complete. There are 5 pictures below, please view all before continuing.

	This picture shows the dining room, with a sunken floor and wood walls.
	This picture shows the living room where a closet has been removed and the ceiling and walls are open where the wall partitions were attached. Note the wood louver doors and frames.
	This picture shows where the old bathroom was and some of the old studs. The walls painted black are the master bedroom.
	This picture is in the master bedroom where there was a closet, electrical wires and the AC pipes ran through the old wall.
	This picture shows part of the old kitchen where the ceiling is removed and the window over the sink is blocked. The plumbing and electrical were relocated. The wall to the right is the divider wall between the new bathroom and the new kitchen. The sliding glass door on the left was taken out and the wall blocked.
