Custom Mica Kitchen:

The pictures below are of a custom kitchen Designed By Elly and Scott Singer @ Elly Singer Designs in Jupiter Fla.

This kitchen has many extras, the mica I used was called Color Core that means it has the same color through the material so you don't see and seam lines in black as you do with regular mica.

The above is a picture of the kitchen it is a narrow but very long kitchen in a condo. This was a very bright picture and is hard to see but look at the rest and you will get the idea of what it looks like. This is the same view with the drawers and sink drop panel opened so you can see where and what they are.

This kitchen has all built-ins and I put under the counter florscents but regular large ones with cracked ice diffusers. Notice the ceiling, I built this ceiling to have runners where I installed the fluorescent lighting with diffusers. The upper and lower cabinet ends are radius with radius doors which I made.

Here is a view of the radius doors and tray inserts. These inserts are removable for full storage. This is a view of the right side with a sitting counter and two drawers.

Behind the doors are the full extension drawers which I made out of birch with clear lacquer and a mica face. This view shows the under counter lighting, this was a new approach for me to get the maximum light.
