                                                  What is TattleTale?

TattleTale is a complete alarm system in one smart little box.

Just plug in TattleTale to an electrical outlet and sixty seconds later TattleTale is ready to be armed by simply entering a 4 digit code.  Every TattleTale comes with a built-in motion detector, a 115-decibel siren, a strobe light and keypad. Each TattleTale is also sealed, tamper-proof and comes with a 12-hour rechargeable battery back up that will allow TattleTale to function without interruption in case of a power loss.

TattleTale Portable Alarm Systems, Inc. provides 24-hour wireless monitoring nationwide.  Plug it in.  Call 1-888-TELL-ON-U to activate.  Protect anything, anywhere, anytime.  TattleTale utilizes a nationwide wireless network to alert customers and the local authorities in the event of an alarm.

All TattleTales can also talk to a total of 16 indoor and outdoor high performance wireless accessories. These accessories transmit up to 2000 feet away from the TattleTale utilizing next generation 900 MHz spread spectrum technology.

Place a single TattleTale in a modular office space, an additional motion detector in an adjacent tool trailer and put a Loop around a generator and a Bobcat, and that’s all that is needed for customers to protect their job site.  One 4 digit code will secure an entire job site.

How does TattleTale work?

TattleTale is simple.  No wires.  No phone line.  No permanent installation.  TattleTale uses the digital data control channel of the existing cellular network to send a high performance cellular data burst that cannot be stopped.

To be safe with TattleTale, simply:

     Plug it in.

Wait for TattleTale’s service light to go on indicating cellular service.

     Place wireless sensors.

Fax in the Customer Activation Sheet and Monitoring Agreement.

Arm the system with a 4 digit code.

If anyone enters the site and trips the TattleTale internal motion while the TattleTale is armed, that person will have forty seconds to disarm the TattleTale before its internal strobe and siren are activated and TattleTale contacts TattleTale Dispatch.  If a Loop is damaged while the TattleTale is armed, there is no delay and TattleTale automatically sounds its internal alarm and calls TattleTale Dispatch.  TattleTale Dispatch is also instantly contacted if an intruder tampers with the TattleTale during the forty second entry delay.  To avoid sending police to a site on a false alarm, TattleTale Dispatch will contact the job site and request a password.  Without a correct password, TattleTale Dispatch will immediately contact the authorities.

Cellemetry vs. phone line monitoring

TattleTale uses Cellemetry, a new digital cellular technology, to provide a wireless data link to TattleTale Dispatch.  With Cellemetry, TattleTale sends a one-way data packet over the digital data control channel of the existing cellular network in 6/10ths of a second.  No phone line is required, and TattleTale’s wireless digital network covers 99% of the cellular service areas in the United States and 100% in Canada.

Cellemetry is superior to phone line monitoring because phone lines are inherently vulnerable.  They are readily identifiable, and thieves typically cut them before entering a site.  Because TattleTale needs no phone line, cutting the line makes no difference.

Cellemetry is also superior to phone line monitoring because it eliminates the chance that a telephone line power surge will cause a false alarm.

Best of all: no roaming, no long distance, and no cellular charges.

Summary

TattleTale makes a fully featured, monitored alarm system as simple to activate and use as a cellular phone.

Take it anywhere and just plug it in.  BE SAFE.
